Second time doing this movement and actually practicing this today, I have no gymnastics background or anything I just like challenging my self. Took me 5 tries to some what get it down but got it! Lifting heavy is fun and challenging but you can only do it for so long, decided to incorporate more calisthenics in my training. Keep your body guessing and challenge it! Have fun while training! Obviamente trato de reforzar esa situación mirando en que horario va menos personas aprovechando la flexibilidad que tengo en este momento.

Pero hay días como hoy que llego y entro en crisis 😯, no hay por donde caminar y todo está ocupado, justamente cuando tengo circuitos en mi rutina 😢, así que toca improvisar en la marcha y realizar pequeños ajustes.

Esta fue mi rutina, poco peso, pero buena intensidad:

1. Prensa 15x8 sets, 240 lbs rango a 90. Descanso 1 minuto.

2. Extensión de pierna 1 rep sostener 1", 2 reps sostener 2", 3  reps sostener 3" así hasta 6! todo de seguido x5sets. Descanso máximo 1 minuto.

3. Flexión de pierna sentda 15x5 sets. Descanso máximo 1' minuto.

4. Superserie de bodyweight: 10 Minero + cangrejo (4 veces de seguido) e inmediatamente 20 estocadas triples. Descasa 2' para hacer 4 sets.

5. Superserie bodyweight II: Sprint bici + 30 sentadillas + 10 sentadillas rango corto. Descanso 1' para 4 series.
