So damn good. Not missing noodles one bit.

2 lbs. chicken breasts
4 c. chicken broth
1 bay leaf 
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. thyme
1 t. sea salt 
Fresh cracked pepper 
2 T. EVOO
(Add halfway through cooking)
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 a white onion, diced
(Add last 15 minutes)
Zucchini, spiralized 
Sliced white mushrooms (optional)
(Add before serving)
Green onion (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)

I cooked in the crock pot for 4 hours. I added the carrot, celery and onion after the first two hours. I only added enough zoodles to the crock for one serving (half a zucchini) 15 minutes before I ate it- just long enough to warm them up, and slightly soften them. Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 lb ground beef (we used 88% lean)
About 6 cups coarsely chopped cabbage. (equal amounts of red and green)
1 large shredded carrot
1 tbsp. sriracha
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 stalk green onion
Instructions
1. Start by heating your sesame seed oil in a large wok and crushing 2 garlic cloves into it. Cook until fragrant.
2. Add in a pound of ground beef (or ground turkey) and break up with a wooden spoon.
3. Once your ground beef is browned, about 5-10
minutes, add in cabbage and shredded carrot then mix and toss to combine.
4. Add in sriracha, soy sauce and vinegar and toss. Let this cook for about 5-10 minutes for the Cole slaw mix to wilt.
5. Season with salt, pepper and sesame seeds. Serve with a sprinkle of green onion and enjoy!

Close grip pull ups- anybody can get on the pull-up bar and rep it out as fast as they can to get as many reps as possible! Throw some time under tension on that, with some serious pauses on each contraction, and it'll cut your rep range in half!

Don't limit yourself to only machines, or lat pulldown variations. Pull ups should take place in every single back workout!

Esta receta cruda es super saciante pero a la vez fresquita y es demasiado rica! Y muuuy facil y rapida de hacer. Es perfecta tambien como entrada para cuandl vienen amigos a cenar o coml parte de una picada!
🍃PALTA RELLENA🍃
Ingredientes (1 porcion):
🌻1 palta mediana
🌻1/2 tomate
🌻1 poco de cebolla de verdeo
🌻1/2 Zanahoria rallada
🌻1/4 de mango (remplazable por 1/4 de pelon)
🌻1/4 de pepino pelado
🌻Limon, sal marina y pimienta molida
Procedimiento:
👉Cortar la palta por la mitad👉Ahuecar ambos lados y colocar el relleno en un boul👉Reservar la cascara👉Picar los demas ingredientes👉Pisar la palta e incorporarle los otros ingredientes y los condimentos👉Mezclar bien y rellenar con eso las cascaras👉Listo!! Obviamente las podes rellenar de lo que mas te guste! Las opciones son millones❤ 1429367189244311740_3312820449
