I wanted to share a late night transformation story with you all inspired by FULL HOUSE🏠 the show I am currently watching lol 😂😂😂
In 2014 and prior I had always wanted a thin, fit, sculpted body. I also thought running for a week would give me that and when it didn't happen I was devastated, I quit & gave up, I never reached my goals! 👎🏻
In 2017 I have now LEARNED how to live a healthy LIFESTYLE. I make my health a priority in my life. I eat a healthy clean and BALANCED diet! I work on my mind body and soul! 👍🏻
Where my FULL HOUSE fans at??? 🙌🏻🙌🏻In this episode I was watching DJ has to get into a bathing suit for a party and becomes quickly OBSESSED with her weight and her image and takes it as far as starving herself to lose weight.. that is so sad because it happens in real life!!! 😕 I was never so bad to starve myself but I felt the same emotions she was displaying in the episode. Nothing changed with my body until I began exercising regularly and eating clean/drinking Shakeology! Until I began to understand what HEALTHY means. 💪🏻🍴🍃 One of my goals as a fitness coach is to help women and young ladies understand that they have the ability to have the body they always wanted, to be healthy and to feel good but that it takes, commitment, consistency, balance and support to do so! 💕 if I did it -> you can too. Let me help you! ☺️☺️it hasn't been easy but it has been 100% worth it!
