Explore mlletaryn's Instagram Let’s have a heart-to-heart. 
There isn’t a single transformation photo I share that I don’t get at least one comment saying “but you looked fine before!” And I know they mean well ❤ 
But here’s the thing: I wasn’t fine. I may have LOOKED fine, but I didn’t FEEL fine. The truth is, I’m a great actor! Those of us with high-functioning anxiety often are. 
Our symptoms are interpreted as quirks. Our deep-seeded need to appear perfect and please others means we never correct them. “You haven’t slept all week?? Have to get that A+, right? Ha ha ha”
or “omg, you are such a neat freak!” or “you’re so high maintenance, lol” 
Meanwhile, on repeat, we are telling ourselves we are worthless. We are talentless. We should be doing more. Our best is never enough. 
We are not enough. 
So you see, maybe you think I looked fine, but I wasn’t. And it wasn't until I addressed my physical and mental health TOGETHER that I was able to make real progress, and begin learning to love myself 💜 
When I reach out to you about your health and fitness journey, it isn’t because I think you need to lose weight.

It’s NEVER because I think you need to lose weight. 
It’s because I know first hand what it’s like to be struggling, drowning, pretending … and hoping, praying that maybe someone will see past the façade of being “perfectly fine” and tell you that it’s okay to not be fine. 
It’s because I never want to find out a year from now that you were struggling like I was, but I never sent you a message. 
It’s because I care 💜

Ich finde Eiweißriegel sind gute Snacks für zwischendurch. Außerdem sind sie teilweise so süß, dass ich danach auch keinen Hunger mehr auf weiteren Naschkram habe 😃
Vorhin müsste direkt der Layenberger-Riegel dran glauben 😀
35g; 120kcal; 3,2g Fett; 8,6g Kohlenhydrate; 2,4g Ballaststoffe; 15,8g Eiweiß
Fazit: schmeckt an sich ganz gut und stillt auf jeden Fall auch Heißhunger. Allerdings hat er meiner Meinung nach einem ganz komischen Nachgeschmack. Muss ihn also nicht unbedingt nachkaufen. Aber die 3 Punkte waren jetzt auch nicht ganz weggeschmissen 😃 bin gespannt auf die nächsten Riegel 😁 werde euch natürlich berichten ☺

I was in the potty.lol #justkeepingitreal It's #simpleingredients #14cupsofwater ,8.5oz of #carrots , 13.5oz of #potatoes and 29oz of #cabbage plus I added 2cups of #vegetablebroth I put all the veggies in my food processor. Chopped it all up real fine. Added my #seasonings like lemon pepper, no salt mrs.dash, garlic powder, basil, pepper, paprika and onion powder. I didn't add any salt. It could use some. But I wanted to limit any salt on this. And I just let it boil until it was nice and tender.(about an hour n half) I let it cool n measured it all out in 2cups each. It breaks down into 79 calories per 2cups serving. With 16- 1cup servings. But I'd rather drink 2cups of it along with the minced up veggies in it. And you can even toss in rice or beans in it to make it more hearty. It's a great stock starter.
