But that wasn't always the case. She has struggled time and time again to stay with it. On the left it shows in her face, she was working out every single day AND eating clean, but still felt miserable. She was OVER training her body, and needed to give it some love! .
My babe has lost 13 lbs since starting core de force, and has overcome a huge plateau in her routine. .
We will be starting another 3 week challenge beginning Feb 6th. And anyone can join! No matter where you are in your journey, whether you're just beginning, experienced, or haven't made that leap yet, everyone is welcome! I will be providing a workout program suited towards your goals and needs, a meal plan (will accommodate allergies, and food sensitivities), and a supply of daily superfood nutrition.
