Explore pruvwellness's Instagram So, have finally got round to experimenting with Cauliflower Pizza. Totally delicious and as easy as anything.
I just steamed one head of cauliflower and whizzed with two tablespoons psyllium husk powder, one egg, salt and pepper and then baked at 200 degrees C for about 20 mins, then turned it over and baked for another 20. Served simply with roasted baby tomatoes and a little parsley. Simple as!  I Avoid dairy, but it would work incredibly well with a bit of cheese thrown into the pizza base or on the top of the tomatoes. Yum! 1429672075777772349_638873100

I just steamed one head of cauliflower and whizzed with two tablespoons psyllium husk powder, one egg, salt and pepper and then baked at 200 degrees C for about 20 mins, then turned it over and baked for another 20. Served simply with roasted baby tomatoes and a little parsley. Simple as! I Avoid dairy, but it would work incredibly well with a bit of cheese thrown into the pizza base or on the top of the tomatoes. Yum!

Pour la présentation : saupoudrez avec du sucre glace.
