4 things to think about before selling your home 1. Clear the clutter: ⚾️You want the home to be clutter free so the buyer can imagine their decor, their daily life, and themselves in the home. 2. Don’t keep secrets: Don’t be afraid to tell your agent everything. If you don’t the issues you were trying to hide may get noticed and pointed out in the inspection report, by your agent, buyers agent, or buyer. You don’t want it to cost you the sale because everything wasn’t fully disclosed. 3. Remodeling isn’t always right: ♀️If you are selling or flipping a home, you want to know what the homes in the area are going for. Just because you invested $20,000 in a pool does not mean you will get $20,000 back. If the homes in your area with a pool are selling for $10,000 more than the homes with out a pool that is all you are going to get. 4. It’s time to fix it: Scrub the tile floor, paint the discolored walls, reseed the lawn, or finally replace the broken screen. The little things make a huge difference and can get you a better offer on your home. —————
I believe in communication between agent and seller or agent and buyer. Ask all the questions you may have. Ask about the market ask about your areaask what will they do to sell your home or find you one.
