Had an early breakfast just now. It's one of my go to vegan breakfast that I love. This consists of yes natural bakery's toasted wholemeal bread topped w/ @mayversfood almond & chia nut butter (my new fav in my nut butters stash), sliced avocado, tofu scramble & a cuppa hot green tea with roasted brown rice + matcha. So scrumptious! Just remember to drink more water when eating unsoaked chia seeds to prevent from dehydration as it absorbs water.
Tofu scramble consists of non gmo firm tofu, swiss brown mushrooms, pea sprouts, a pinch of turmeric powder, dried herbed spice blend (red bell pepper, basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary, sage, celery seed, onion, garlic, marjoram, thyme, coriander, chives, black pepper), nutritional yeast, bragg's liquid aminos (ran out of tamari). Drizzled w/ black sesame oil & freshly cracked black peppercorn.
