And the countless amount of people who ask me what I eat to stay so lean. Well ladies and gents, as soon as you put it out of your head that "you wouldn't be able to stand eating just this or just that", take a step back and listen to yourself and give it a try. I can't tell you how delicious AND HEALTHY it is to simply cut up an apple and stick it in a cast iron pan with cinnamon and cook it for 10-12 mins @ 350° and then spread a little almond butter on top of it when it's out of the oven and ready to eat 🍎😍 And THAT, is how "I stay so lean".
