Workout or no workout, #momlifenever stops... Being a mom is one of God's most beautiful blessings, but it also has some significant challenges as so many of you parents know. Working out can seem impossible at times, and interrupted sets like this dumbbell deadlift can become the norm lol. It can be tough to miss a workout here and there, but for our little ones, it's more than worth it.
If you miss a workout, only get half a workout in, or whatever the case may be... It's okay, it happens... But don't give up.
Rest between sets these days consists of wagon pull sprints with my baby girl, books, songs, playing in the leaves lol etc. Find what works for you and your mini and adjust accordingly.
