To my surprise, I had a lot of responses from the post, but my 2 top questions were 1) "how" and 2) "do you do a lot of cardio". So I thought I would give those answers here!

1) I translated the question "how" as "what kind of "small sustainable changes" did you make"? And that question would be answered differently for each of you. I have no "goals" right now (except for maintenancing a healthy lifestyle) so I really just transitioned myself to drinking and eating things with less sugar & saturated fats (I did not cut them out entirely. I was just more conscious about consuming them in moderation) & of course being more mindful of the amount of water I've been drinking 2) Do I do cardio? And the answer is no. Not at all. Cardio is excellent for your health, but I simply don't enjoy doing it, so I don't. 
I do at-home, dumbell and resistance workouts 30 (+) min a day. 
I have fun with it!!! I jam to some beats alone in the comfort of my own casa and it works for me!!!  I know sometimes it's hard to find the time for working out and with the hustle of our daily lives, it can be challenging to eat healthy. I started prioritizing my health this year when "body image" issues crept in for the first time. While I don't always see a change on the outside, the way I feel on the inside after working out helps me build confidence and love my body a bit more.  1654079218709429849_3962607728

The limited range of motion (caused by the floor) requires you to work on the upper half of your pressing movement, and also lets you overload your muscles by allowing you to use heavier weight.
