#humpdayProgress 🙈🍑💪 This honestly is probably my most nerve wracking progress post, but my favourite. I never got a good "behind" photo when I started this journey. I literally only have this one from August before I started my coaching with David Young (@gobeyonddave) for the bikini comp. #teamgobeyondwhere would I be without you❤
Between these, I lost weight, got far leaner and to minimum BF, competed in the physique comp, and have been in surplus macros to gain since Mid October. BUT HERE'S THE THING...... 2 POUND WEIGHT DIFFERENCE. 🙌 Literally, that is all that separates these. .
It looks like far more, and my aim is for it to become more over the next year/two with mini cutbacks in between. I freaking love training and weight lifting and cannot believe how beneficial it has been when I see this!! PICTURES ARE EVERYTHING! Despite changing from a deficit to surplus between these, what remained consistent was my weight training and love for it ❤.
Don't be afraid to lift weights, it really does build you inside and out. NOW DASH INTO A HOLE NAT. Jaysus my gran might not be impressed with all the skin on show 🙈😂 But if it motivates someone to start their journey in the right direction towards health, it's worth the expense my nerves 🙏🐒 #progress #weightlifting #lifestyle #Health #strongnotskinny #balance
