Given that I've been waking up at 5AM everyday for the last week (NOT on purpose) I decided I needed to do something better than lying in bed and wishing I could fall back asleep. В продолжение водной темы расскажу сегодня о воде с мёдом.

Оказывается, что 30%-ный раствор меда (1 ч.л. мёда, разведенная в стакане сырой воды) по составу идентичен плазме крови, поэтому медовая вода усваивается организмом быстро и полностью. При этом мёд структурирует воду, повышая ее целебные свойства:

 Медовая вода способствует нормализации работы толстого кишечника (очищает его от завалов, растворяет каловые камни, восстанавливает микрофлору).
