Even ask Oprah who admits with Weight Watcher's to eating bread everyday, her favorite & still losing weight. The difference here is you are in CONTROL of what you eat & drink & when. Eat & drink what you want, I can't stress that enough, stay under the calories for weight loss & lose it for life! It's hard enough to lower your daily calories to lose weight never mind giving up all the foods you love at the same time, TOO MUCH and certainly not attainable. Which is part of the reason why diets don't work. You lose but then you gain it all back & more, speaking from experience. All you have to do is track your daily food & drink to make sure you are under the calories for weight loss. More benefits; disease-free, clear skin, better sleep, less to no body aches & pains and the list goes on. Takes 10 min's out of your day! Aren't you worth it? Ex of 1400cal day with 17grams of fiber using the Lose It App. Weightloss is between 1200-1800 calories daily for active people and women over 165lbs.  1000-1500cals for inactive people according to the World Health Guidelines.
