Yowza we had a full morning! We had dance class and celebrated Miss Haley's birthday with a gift and 'Happy Birthday'...well, Elena sort of whispered Happy Birthday. It was also the first day without the moms in class and Elena did so well! After class Miss Haley gave every dancer a sticker and a little 'Minion' treat. Then we ran errands, went to the store, and somehow found time to go to the bakery for some treats (See guys, she still has treats and enjoys it - but she enjoys it more since she rarely gets it ) I still have laundry that needs folding and some that need to go in, photos and videos that need editing, we still need to squeeze in Elena's "Mommy's self-proclaimed homeschool even though she's only two but it's never too early to start" class. I also still need to unpack from our recent trip out of town and then work on a project for Elena and her friends. Oh, I also lost my keys somehow so I need to figure out where they magically went and then just order new ones to replace it (Yay! For a new lanyard! Go, Pats, Go! ). Did I mention I have a kajillion billion other things to do plus dishes. Always dishes.
I absolutely love this wonderful, ridiculously beautiful life and my heart is so full and overjoyed with love. It always seems like there are never enough hours in a day, but then I remind myself to enjoy every second of those short hours because God filled each second with His marvelous creations. This world, the painted sky, the landscape, every sun beam, and especially every smile and laugh that comes from my little one. So even though I'm running around like a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, I'm loving every second of it. ❤️
